Working Principle
European Coarse Powder Grinding Mill mainly consists of frame, rotor, support iron and grate bars. The frame is divided into twoparts: upper part and lower part, which are welded by steel plates after being out. liners made of high manganese stsels withinthe frame can be replaced afier being wor out. The rotors consist of fum plates, pin shafis, and hammers which are groupedregularly in the main shaft. The main unit drives the main shaft through the motor and triangle belts, which, in tum, rotates therollers, Large materials entering the crusher through the feed inlgt are firstly crushed by the high-speed hamers, and then thrownfercely to the support iron for further crushing. Qualifed materials crushed will be screened out and exit from the gap of the gratebars while the unqualified wil be left in the crushing cavity to be further hammered and ground until reach the standard size. Thesize of the final product can be adiusted by changing the grate bars, The gap between the rofors and the grate bars can also beadjusted according to diferent requirement. To avoid the plugging of the crusher, the proporion of water for the crushing materialsis no more than 20%.
