Brief Introduction
Clirik high pressure suspension grirnding mil is suitable for processing various non-fammable and non-explosive mineralmaterials with Moh’s hardness less than 6 and humidity lass than 8%, it is widely used in the fields of metallurgy, construction,chemical industry, mining, highway construction etc,. The granularity of the finished powder size can be adjusted between 50 and325 meshes (315-45 micron). Examples of processing materials include quartz, feldspar, barte, calcite carbonate,limestone, talo,ceramic, iron ore, carborundum, bauxite, rock phosphate, coal and other materials, total about 400 kinds of materials.
Working Principle
Big materials are crushed by jaw crusher to the required particle sizes, and carried by bucket elevator to the storage hopper, andare fed evenly and continuously by vibrating feeder inio the main unit for grinding. The grinded powder are carried by the airlowfrom the blower to the classifer to be cassiied, the particles which meet the fineness enter cyclone colector through pipe, andare separated and collecied there. They are discharged at the discharging valve to become fnished products; the airiow is suckedto the blower by retum pipe on the top of cyclone colleclor. The whole alirfilow system is a sealed circulation, and is circulated undeipositive and negative air pressure.

High pressure spring design
The grinding device of the main unit is fixed with 1000-1500kg pressure springs. When the machine works, the grinding rolleiwhich under the action of high pressure spring and centrifugal force, rollers close up to grinding ring, its rolling pressure is 1.2tmes higher than that of Raymond mill given an identical condition and its capacity increase 20% to 30%; When the grinding rollerand grinding ring, stable capacity and fineness are guaranteed.
