Petrol Coke Grinding Mill, Petrol Coke powder making machine

What is Petrol Coke?Petrol Coke is a kind of carbonaceous substance, which comes from oil refinery coker units.
Other coke comes from the coal.
There are two kinds of coke: one is fuel grade, the other is anode grade.
The unprocessed coke has another name, that is, green coke. The anode grade coke is made by calcining in a kiln, which is low in sulphur and metals.
As a fuel, the petrol coke is much better than the coal on the basis of per-unit-of-energy, which includes more than 90% carbon and send out 5% to 10% carbon dioxide.
Petroleum coke application
Fuel
Petroleum coke is a material high in calorific value and carbon content without being highly reactive, which makes it an effective fuel in the metal and ceramic industries. According to the Ceramic Industry website, petroleum coke is a cheap, readily available energy source that can lower brick manufacturing costs. As of August 2006, 85 heavy clay manufacturing plants operated worldwide using petroleum coke as the primary fuel.
Graphite Electrodes
Graphite can be produced from low-sulfur needle petroleum coke, which must be heated above 5,432 degrees Fahrenheit. Graphite is used in the production of electrodes for electric arc furnaces used in the steel-making industry. The performance of these electrodes depends on the quality and purity of the petroleum coke used. Graphite electrodes are highly demanded in the steel-making industry, because of their low coefficient of thermal expansion, which is related to the capacity of resisting high temperatures.
Anodes
Calcined petroleum coke, often low in sulfur and metallic impurities, is used to make anodes for the smelting industry. These anodes must be dense, strong, electrically conductive, and of high carbon purity, says Surinder Parkash in "Petroleum Fuels Manufacturing Handbook." Calcined petroleum coke is mixed with coal tar pitch in the production of anodes. Calcining is a high-temperature heating process used to eliminate the volatile materials left during the production of raw petroleum coke.
Petrol Coke Processing procedure
Truck carries Petrol Coke ore from the mine to the mill where it is crushed. Firstly, the Petrol Coke will be primary crushed by jaw crusher. Then the coarse Petrol Coke will be entered the Raymond roller mill for power processing by the belt conveyor. After being crushed at the mill, the ore is processed at the jig plant, where it is agitated and washed, allowing the heavier Petrol Coke concentrates to sink, while lighter waste rock is separated.

The Petrol Coke Micro powder grinding mill is for super-fine grinding materials with hardness less than 6 in Moh’s scale and humidity less than 6 percent such as kaolin, limestone, calcite, marble,talcum, barite , gypsum, dolomite, bentonite mud,mica, pyrophyllite, sepiolite, diatomite, graphite, alunite, fluorite, potassium feldspar, phosphorite, pigment and so on. The granularity of the end products is 325-2500 meshes (0.044-0.0055mm).
