How to Sovle the Rusty Problem of Ultrafine Grinding Mill?

As we all know, ultrafine grinding mill are working outdoors, and the environment is very bad, ultrafine grinding mill is mainly used for grinding greater hardness stones, so it is very easy to wear.

First, daub anti-oxidation of paint, smear mineral oil, baked enamel paint and plastic spraying on the surface of iron products, use the methods such as electroplating, hot lip, plated layer of rust on metal, for instance, zinc, selenium, chromium, nickel and so on.

When ultrafine grinding mill is getting rusty, there are three methods that can sovle it.

1.Chemical cleaning: in chemical industry, acid can react chemically with the metal oxide, so as to get rid of rust on the surface of the metal, known as pickling, only operate in the workshop.

2.Using high pressure water abrasive cleaning: no dust pollution, do not damage the steel plate, it can greatly improve the efficiency of rust removal.
