Brief Introduction
CDF multi-head classifier is used in conjunction with various grinding mills to efficiently separate calcite, gypsum, barite, kaolin, talc, limestone, silica, Mg/AL(OH)$, carbon black, metal powder, wood powder and other materials. It is widely used in plastics, rubber, coatings, food, abrasives, ceramics, new materials and other industries.
Working Principle
The material is sucked in from the bottom feed port through the fan and sent to the classification field. Under the action of the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification wheel, the coarse and fine materials are separated.
The uniform fine powder enters the cyclone separator or dust collector and is collected by the multi-head classifier; the uneven coarse powder and a small amount of fine powder hit the surface of the classifier and fall into the grinding chamber for re-grinding.
CDF Multi-head Classifier Features & Advantages
High rotated speed and accurate vertex cutting. According to the hydromechanics principle, optimize the structureand the gag between the impeller.
High Capacity and low consumption. The max capacily can be reach 50 t/h, and the electricity consumption ismuch lower than the tradltlonal classlfler.
PLC automatlc control system, running real-tlme display, easy to operate.
Horizontal classifying turbine unit with high speed and accurate vertex cutting.
