Gypsum Grinding Mill

     Natural dihydrate gypsum (CaSO4 · 2 h2o), also known as gypsum, is calcined, grinded fine to plaster of Paris. Gypsum is an important industrial raw materials. Gypsum ,which is also called PuYang jade ,could be used to grind to PuYang jade pillow to heat drop and to control blood pressure. If you  adhere to use it, the blood pressure can be gradually reduced to normal levels.
     Gypsum, which has a long application history, however, early simply is used to make chalk, do putty, tofu and simple handicraft, lacking of in-depth research and development, and therefore did not cause people's attention. In the late 1970s, especially since reform and opening in China, with the rapid development of economy, a large number of consumption of gypsum building, building materials and other related industry have a sharp increase in demand for gypsum plaster, so the gypsum has attracted more and more attention, and formed the huge new industry.
In recent years, with the development of gypsum products and successive promotion of a variety of different gypsum powder, especially in the building materials industry, with the increasing of high-rise building and the gradual thorough of the national wall change work, gesso has become a commodities in short supply in the building materials market. In 2005 national dosage of gypsum is about 120 million tons, the production of 85 million tons, the shortfall of 35 million tons, so the market demand cannot far be satisfied. In short, the processing and the development of the project has a large market, and the profit is high, the economic benefit is good.
            The gypsum powder production process and production line automation level is not high, mostly in a manual operation or half-automation, and gypsum powder product quality has been at a low level, low quality of the state for a long time . Our powder using vertical mill, fluidized bed and other advanced equipment and the whole production line adopts the DCS automatic control system to realize the true automation production technology. Our product is very popular in the market for good quality and superior performance.
      Let’s learn the working principle of our grinding mill. After crushed by hammer crusher, the large materials become small ones and are sent to the upper distribution plate of the turnplate by vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe. When the grinding mill is at work, all the grinding rollers are rolling in the ring, and the materials are driven to the edge of the turnplate by the centrifugal force and fall down into the grinding chambers where the materials are repeatedly pressed, crushed and grinded by the rollers.
       The high-pressure air blower constantly inhales air within the grinding mill and, in turn, the air flow with crushed materials are brought to the classifier whose high-speed impeller will screen the airflow: the unqualified particle size will fall and return to the mill for being reground while the qualified particle size mixed with air will go to the cyclone powder collector. Most of the qualified powders will fall and exit  from the discharging valve at the bottom; a small proportion of the fine powders, with airflow, moves to the dust cleaner, and clings to the surface filters bags. At the same time, the fine powders clinging to the surface fall down by the sudden vibration of the filter bags, which is caused by the instantly ejected high-pressure gas controlled by the pulse valve. The materials from the above two lots are sent by the conveyor at the bottom to get finshed powders packed. In addition, filtered, filtered clean air will be emitted from the air outlet of muffler in the end.
